1. Terms & Conditions Page

By submitting an application, enrolling in, or participating in any program, service, activity, or initiative organized by JAMGO-CEE Company Limited (JCL), participants and, where applicable, their parents or legal guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern all JCL programs, including but not limited to leadership conferences, enrichment summer camps, student exchange programs, educational tours, skill development programs, workshops, and related activities.

2. Program Structure & Modifications

All program components, including schedules, academic content, facilitators, venues, partner institutions, accommodations, activities, and duration, are designed to meet educational and developmental objectives. However, JCL reserves the right to modify, adjust, substitute, reschedule, or cancel any aspect of a program due to academic considerations, logistical requirements, safety concerns, weather conditions, institutional changes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Any such changes will be made in good faith and with the intention of maintaining the overall quality and purpose of the program.

3. Enrollment Confirmation & Fees

Program enrollment is confirmed only after completion of the required registration process and receipt of the applicable fees as communicated by JCL. Program fees, payment schedules, and inclusions are clearly outlined prior to confirmation and are considered binding once accepted.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all fees paid are non-refundable. Fees typically cover only the services and inclusions specified by JCL and do not include personal expenses, optional activities, travel insurance, visa-related costs, or expenses incurred through third-party providers.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and cooperative manner at all times. This includes compliance with program guidelines, instructions provided by JCL staff, facilitators, and partner organizations, and adherence to local rules, cultural norms, and applicable laws during program activities.

JCL reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warning, suspension, or removal from a program, if a participant’s behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, unethical, or inconsistent with the values and objectives of the program. Such actions may be taken without entitlement to a refund.

Health, Safety & Well-Being

Participants and guardians are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete health, medical, or special support information prior to program participation. JCL endeavors to provide a safe and supportive environment; however, participation in educational, travel, and experiential activities inherently involves certain risks.

By enrolling in a JCL program, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to comply fully with all safety instructions, emergency procedures, and supervision requirements throughout the program.

5. Travel & International Programs

Certain JCL programs involve domestic or international travel. Participants and guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements, including passports, visas, medical clearances, and other necessary documentation.

JCL is not responsible for delays, cancellations, visa refusals, or decisions made by embassies, immigration authorities, or other third-party entities. Changes to travel itineraries may occur due to operational, regulatory, or external factors.

6. Program Materials & Intellectual Property

All educational content, curriculum materials, presentations, documents, manuals, and resources provided during JCL programs remain the intellectual property of JAMGO-CEE Company Limited unless otherwise stated.

Participants may use program materials for personal learning purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, publication, or commercial use of any program materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Media, Photography & Recordings

JCL may capture photographs, videos, or recordings during programs for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes. By participating in a JCL program, participants grant permission for the use of such media unless a written objection is submitted prior to program commencement.

7. Program Completion & Certification

Where applicable, certificates or acknowledgments of participation are issued at the discretion of JCL and subject to satisfactory participation and adherence to program requirements. Certificates do not imply academic credit unless explicitly stated.

8. Amendments to Terms

JCL reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or programmatic changes. Updated terms will apply to ongoing and future participation. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Understanding

These Terms & Conditions represent the full understanding between JCL and program participants regarding participation and program engagement. No verbal statements or informal communications shall override the written terms outlined herein.
